Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at vikingrepairhinsdale.com or engaging our repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Heritage Kitchen Services provides Viking appliance repair and maintenance services in Hinsdale, IL and surrounding Western Suburbs communities. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Service Estimates and Pricing

All repair estimates are provided after a diagnostic assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. Any changes to the estimate will be communicated to you and approved before additional work proceeds.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the agreed service window. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. For maintenance plan clients, billing terms are as specified in the maintenance agreement.

Warranty

Heritage Kitchen Services provides a warranty on parts and labor for all repairs. Specific warranty terms are detailed on your service invoice. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or subsequent unrelated failures.

Limitation of Liability

Heritage Kitchen Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
