    Immediate Phone Assessment

When you call our emergency line, a knowledgeable team member will assess your situation, provide immediate safety guidance if needed, and dispatch a technician.

  2. 2

    Rapid Technician Dispatch

Emergency calls receive priority scheduling. In most cases, a technician can be at your home within hours. For gas-related emergencies, we coordinate with local utilities as appropriate.

  3. 3

Our technician arrives with a full complement of tools and common emergency parts. The goal is to resolve your emergency in a single visit whenever possible.

  4. 4

    Safety Verification

Before leaving, our technician verifies that the emergency has been fully resolved and that all safety concerns have been addressed. We do not leave until we are confident your home is safe.

  5. 5

    Follow-Up Care

After an emergency repair, we follow up to ensure the repair is holding and that you are fully satisfied. If additional work is needed, we schedule it promptly.

While You Wait: Safety Guidelines

Gas Odor

Do not use electrical switches. Open windows for ventilation. Leave the home if the odor is strong. Call both Heritage Kitchen Services and your gas utility.

Electrical Issue

If you smell burning or see sparks, disconnect the appliance from power if safe to do so. Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.

Water Leak

Turn off the water supply to the appliance if accessible. Contain the water with towels or a bucket. Document the source of the leak if visible.

Refrigerator Failure

Keep doors closed to preserve temperature. Transfer highly perishable items to a cooler with ice. Note when the appliance stopped functioning.

Do Not Wait -- Call Heritage Kitchen Services

Our emergency repair team is ready to respond. Your safety and the protection of your home are our highest priorities.
